Muir Copper Canyon Farms (MCCF) is a 6th generation family business operating out of Salt Lake City since 1850. MCCF expanded its wholesale produce distribution to Idaho Falls and the surrounding area in the year 2000. The Muir Family has been doing business in Idaho for generations as a Potato Grower/Shipper. Though MCCF no longer grows potatoes, we source from some of the best Potato Grower/Shippers in the area. MCCF services Universities, K-12 Schools, healthcare, casual diners and fine dining restaurants in Easter Idaho 4 days per week.
