Muir Copper Canyon Farms (MCCF) is the Intermountain West’s Premier Produce and Specialty Food Distributor. MCCF has been in the Specialty Foods business for over 13 years. With a dedication to remaining the finest of specialty food suppliers in Salt Lake City, Phillip Muir and Michael Muir travel far and wide each year in search of the finest ingredients to source for our customers. Our Specialty Foods business continues to grow each year as we expand our gourmet food options. Specialty Foods are no longer only for the fine dining restaurant, as we regularly bring gourmet food items into other market segments.
